How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2 business days, but we try our best to make it snappy! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number; however, we are unable to control delivery delays caused by any postal services.

How do I return my product?

If you realize our product isn’t a fit, we are happy to help! Please contact hello@simplementco.com within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

  2. Order number
  3. Reason for return 

A product I want is out of stock. When will it be available?

Please sign up for the waitlist on the product page and you’ll be notified as soon as it’s back in stock!
